So for LCD TVs without HDMI input but only DVI-D input, get the adaptor for optimized PQ?
Using HDMI output on my graphic connect to, my non HDMI input LCD. Any benefit?

Need advice please. Does anyone know if the DVI-D input of older Samsung LCD TVs are "male" or "female". Am helping my sis find a HDMI/ DVI-D adaptor, and I just read there are male and female DVI-Ds. Read the manual, but is not indicated. Thanks in advance.
