Just check the Rotten Tomatoes and guess what?

How To Train Your Dragon : 98%

This is ridiculous.... blink.gif

What? U dont need huge special effects, expensive cast, or what sort michael bay effect.

This prove that, as long as the movie entertain us from beginning till the last second of the show, then it deserve a 100%.

Some movie forgotten this, and want to add all sort of garbage ( example : lots and lots of scenes in transformer )

So, yea, this show deserve it.

usually Pixar achieve this ( eg. Wall-e) , but congrats to how to train a dragon notworthy.gif

definitely the best movie/animation that i've ever watched in the year of 2010 up till now.

enjoyed every single second of the movie from the start till the end.

deserve 98% and even 100% i would say.

the best ever is the music in the movie. it's really damn good.

only thing that pissed me off is those brainless people that can't even sit properly in the cinema. Encountered a malay couple sitting next to me, and the malay guy keep on shaking the entire chair and adjust his own position.

Since it's an animation, don't forget the screaming kids too. rclxub.gif

honestly telling, if it's screaming kids, i'm still okay with it. coz this is an animation and some sort like family movie, that's y it's okay.

it was an adult that pissed me off. an adult that i thought he should at least have some courtesy to sit properly or let say if he really not comfortable and adjust here and there, he should at least say sorry even it's in a soft tone. haiz, it's really irony, government encourage us to watch original in cinema, support local cinema, but these type of ppl spoil the entire market, indirectly causing all people to download torrent, or buy pirated CD (as original CD normally don't release that early).

Watched it last Saturday night... I loved it! What a great movie!

Gonna watch it again in 3D this week... biggrin.gif

Couldn't find the soundtrack album here... I've asked my sis in Singapore to look for it in Tower Records or HMV Singapore...

Did you watch it at a TGV? I suspect that TGV's seats are so loose that if the guy sitting 2 seats over from you starts shaking his leg, you can feel it. Never encountered it at a GSC before. mad.gif

never try TV before. penang is famous got GSC @ Gurney Plaza and Queensbay Mall. Usually i went to both these cinemas.
There's a TGV at Jusco Aeon City, Bandar Perda but never try that before.
I've been hearing lots of bad reviews from other ppl regarding TGV, that's why never try that before. haha. biggrin.gif

the main concern is really regarding people's courtesy and their brain. I just don't get it, it's simple, you (i mean them) just need to be courteous when you're dealing with people, how can they don't understand such simple theory. haiz, spoiling the image of everyone.

Anyway, back to topic. biggrin.gif

I love the music inside the movie, anyone know where can i get it?

How to Train Your Dragon is my favorite animation from DreamWorks thus far thumbup.gif "Toothless" is like totally cute and cool and awesome, the score by John Powell is also very well done.

Well, I've been to TGV @ Seberang Prai City aka Aeon aka Jusco twice, and I would say the experience is okay. Seats from the last 2nd or 3rd rows are best, the popcorn is also comparable to GSC's. However, I have yet to meet anyone who shakes their leg a lot while watching movies, so I dunno whether the seats will shake or not laugh.gif

Yea, the hall is kinda weird... Better pray no tall people sit in front of you, if not no need to watch the show ady.

Speaking of popcorn, a kid beside me dropped the entire bucket while trying to shift in his seat, and even spilled some of it on the guy in front laugh.gif Pity he kid got scold by his elder...

I went and watched it today, albeit not knowing anything about the movie except that it's related to dragons... and I was blown away from the very first minute. Very very very well made, the animation, that funny Scottish accent, the backdrops, the scenes, the music.. EVERYTHING!

Toothless is just such a lovable character.

And OMG, I found the entire soundtrack! XD

among all 3D cinemas, KLCC-tgv, Pyramid-tgv, Mid valley-gsc, 1U-gsc and cathay damansara, i find that the cinema in Cathay gave the best 3D display.

worst is klcc.

@Dreamworks - I love your avatar! I always like the "=.=" expression that Toothless gives to Hiccup.

Once I'm done with my work, I'm gonna go watch 3D. Watch this movie once more before it trails off.
