I dealt with Bodypac directly since they are the principal/distributor but it's not their customer service that responding to me..
It was packed with clothes and half a dozen of bottled birdnest..

..that's what it took to break.
They've managed to repair it for me but that took more than 2 weeks and more shockingly, i was told that this is a known problem..
Actually based on the material itself is already not that convincing but never expect it would be decapitated on the 1st visit to the cargo.
Maybe not all Osprey are having such thing but for me, i'll be damn reluctant to buy any Osprey product again.

Just use rain-cover will do and no chance at all it can go into the cabin..lol..
By the way, backpack is not handbag..
