this is exactly 'the place' i bought my deuter 10L rucksack on 2009

she claims the bag is original & had a lifetime warranty
only after a few months using it (not even 1 year), terkoyak at the right bottom side due to heavy usage and i send back to her for 'repair' as she claims will be able to send back to factory to fix it

after one 2 week got back, was told the bag is still under repair
one month, two month, 6 mth, 9 mth, and 1 year+ i've been visiting her again and again, was told the same story.. still under repair

after a year + i decided to approach her again and ask whether she really sent my bag to 'repair'
to my surprise it's still under her custody collecting dust only

i took back my bag & send it to fix&repair shop @ alamanda, cost me around rm25 only to fix the bag


i think i got a replica deuter bag coz she offer me huge discounted price, furthermore i was told by another seller that this shop likes to mix between ori & replica product to sell at almost the same or below market price

lesson learned, not going to buy from her again, even though it's original but her attitude is unacceptable to me

is okay to wait for warranty claim
but in my case, it has been kept for 1 year plus at her store, telling me lie that it has been sent over to manufacturer ..dis i cannot accept

perhaps it's due to non-original goods that she was afraid to tell customer that it can't be repaired nor she has the guts to claim warranty from manufacturer ..liar +attitude problem

bye bye kedai bag Yoon Hin, i will not buy anything again from you
