Thought I share my experience with the UFL outlet in Bangsar Jln Telawi 5.

Just bought the Deuter Spider with them (looks like this one: http://www.outdoorgb.com/p/deuter_spider_2...orts_backpack/). Was told it's very new model and just arrived late Jan 2010.

On the contrary of what I read in earlier post, the gentlemen in the shop attending to me is very helpful. I spent about 1 1/2 hours there, went through almost all the possible bag that fits my criteria. Open all the zips, putting them on etc. Also tried the laptop bags as well and put in all my laptop sutff in it to try. No problem for me trying them out.

Price wise, I didn't compare with any other shops, but I did Google around the local online shops selling at a few red notes cheaper. But I think it's reasonable, since it should be genuine and for the peace of mind. Maybe I didn't really bargain a lot also, as I'm not the bargaining type.
