My best and worse back pack is my Millet Nanda 70+10. The best because i throw it around for more than 5 years over 7 continents and hardly a tear in the fabric. It's also the worst because it broke my heart; the aluminum frame breaks after i accidentally step on it while it was empty ..at home! Since it's the old model the replacement part is not sold anywhere. If anyone can help me construct a new frame or help me find a good one...

Now I'm traveling with deuter futura 32 which i absolutely hate. Built quality is no where near my Millet and because of the stupid aircontact frame the cargo space is virtually useless. I'm currently looking for a better 35-40L backpack. That said I use it almost every week when I'm on my road trip, it's small so it didnt stick out of my bike which is a huge plus.

Thankss...

Vertikal is pretty cheap, but I wont pin any hope that it will last more than 2 years with regular/hard use.

Nah, it's a U shape bar with curves which is the hard part. I tried fitted straight aluminum U bar, wont fit.
