if u r business man, you ady can see the 12k is not actually earned by the pc shop but middle man, its a practice over the place if you want to earn by all means.
My father sold many souvenir to gov. and they always ask for empty receipt so they can write more amounts to get more money inside their pocket. If you don't do, they won't give you project next time, then you can't survive. Zz |

QUOTE(vincent_on9 @ Nov 19 2009, 10:13 PM) ya ... this is just tiny case. Last time heard people say that those big project government given out is consider as confidential. If you report about those projects are overprice, you will get arrested first due to leak out confidential information before they going to check it out. So people who know it will never dare to stand up to voice it out. Only this tiny case who no big "boss" support behind will leak out. |

QUOTE(khrushchev @ Nov 19 2009, 10:26 PM) you're stereotyping! I'm not stereotyping.do you know: 1) dr mahathir is > 80 and he blogs! 2) LKY of singapore > 80 and type his own memoir using PC! 3) LKS is > 60 and his condemning the government using internet! come on, if there's a will, there's a way. if there's PC in parliament, sure the MP will start fiddling them, and this is good too for the MPs to get acquainted with IT. be farsighted and look for long term! 1)Note the point that I wrote 'most' not 'all'. 2)Singapore is different from Malaysia. It's hard to compare Malaysia & Singapore since as much as I hate to say this, they belong to different level than us. 3)I already said most of the PR's MP's are computer literate. |

QUOTE(khrushchev @ Nov 19 2009, 10:46 PM) look at the bright side - the supplier will make high profit from this dealings and this is good thing for economy, isn't it. the company will eventually pay tax to the government. and the balance will be used to upgrade the company (generate more trades, increase gdp), hire more staff (and reduce unemployment), and later listed in bursa and pay dividends to public. and if the company is performing well, who knows it will grow to become largest supplier in malaysia, and then SEA and the world, and make into fortune 500. all this because of government generosity and opportunity! you people really don't understand economics! take cue on russia on they take care abramovich and make him billionaire and owner of chelsea. you mean this will be government undertable investment, so the company bosses live in rich and famous with people money , and haiyah... what will rakyat dapat? my answer is rakyat just can see the rich guys in tv and nganga sahaja.....................! we are malaysians are not stupid dumbass anymore, we are clever than leaders who spm pangkat 3 pun ader........... |

QUOTE(Waverp @ Nov 19 2009, 10:37 PM) Makan Duit projek~ Let me do a captain obvious and here have a rock retort.everytime go thru one department, "transportation, fitting it and approval" makan a few K..den end up 12K per pc.. Everyone in /k/ knows or at least those who are Tech Savvy, that a standard computer cost is below or 1K plus, including LCD Monitor. Lets assume that's it's 2K max. Now with a mark up profit of 10K each, let say split between 2 party, you take 5K and I take 5K. Now assuming they buy 20PC, that's a whopping 100K profit and the best part is, it's probably from the people's tax money. Wow you can sure enjoy a couple months of SPA or pay as downpayment for a beemer, you get the idea. So in the end who profit? Those 2 crony obviously. How about the rest of the people? Well they just kissed their sorry har earned money goodbye. Who's the dumbass who says about increasing GDP and talking about economy like he knows it on the back of his ass? Increase spending and business tenets. My fooking ass. |
