just got a samsung 32'...when they played it at shop..it look damn nice...the sharp colour..very clear...
but when i took it back home...plug into my ps3...it was horrible...!!! the colour is sharp...but..when it tries to show detail stuff..like grass or tarmac..it all got sticked together..making it blury...my old philips is even better than it!! then i went to subang parade...and i notice..all samsung tv are like that..may it be full hd or not..same as to toshiba and sony... so..those who are looking for new lcd...from what i see..philip and lg is the best...i should have bought that LG!!! damn it!!! stevechan360: Dont buy that Samsung!!! it's the model i bought!! you want it..i sell you..hahaha... hmm...i'd love to..but i cant cause my ps3 needs a new hdd (i think). but, if you dont believe me, go to HSL or something, compare samsung with LG, that's running on HDMI. you'll notice the differences on the fine details.

QUOTE(welwitchia @ Oct 18 2007, 12:21 AM) When u said "old phillips using dvi" u meant a phillips monitor? So u'r Samsung LCD TV with the PS3 actually looks worst that when u had u'r PS3 on u'r Phillips Monitor? nope...it's a philip lcd tv using dvi. cant remember the model though. yes, playing on my philip tv is better on the samsung. it's especially obvious when you look at fine/minute details such as sand, leaves, grass, etc. anyway, i managed to change the samsung i bought with a LG model today, hope it's better this time. |

hmm..kinda confused here...I went to change my Samsung for LG 32LC7R...however, it could display at 1080p...that doesnt mean it's full-hd ya? the resolution is 1366 x 768p, but not 1920×1080..

ooh..so even if ps3's input to the tv is 1080p, the display would still be 763p lar..
