I got question regarding normal tv. Not HDTV.
I got progressive scan DVD player, but i dont have hdtv.
Can normal tv output progressive movie (480p) ?

Hello, i got some questions.
1) Is it true plasma tv consume more electricity than lcd tv? Because i ask the salesperson in senQ and he said like that 2) If i have a 4:3 crt hdtv or lcd monitor, then i set the console to output 16:9 graphic, will i get the black borders on top and bottom? 3) from what i know lcd have a native display, if i set the resolution to other than the native, will the picture quality be bad |

Today i went to Best Denki at midvalley. I saw a widescreen crt by samsung. Got HDMI input. I dont know what brand is it. Is this TV good ? Any other widescreen CRT besides Samsung in Malaysia ?

I think is a slimfit TV. with HDMI input and support 720p/1080i. I think this is a good TV
 and cheap !!! |

u can get crt hd ready TV. It's cost less than lcd and plasma. Around RM2.5k to 3k.

I think all lcd and plasma graphic will become horrible and pixelated when viewing normal TV and ASTRO. Maybe CRT Better. Who got CRT HDTV Can confirm this ?
