Hi all. I just brought a XBOX and is 1st time. Just to check with those who experience in XBOX, mind to check wat is the good position for XBOX? Stand in vertical? or put at horizontal position? because most i can see at youtube or photo that post in forum is stand at vertical position. wat is the benefit?

I guess it's better horizontal. The cd might sctrach if vertical. Dunno.

from engineering view, i agree that horizontal is better for ventilation and prevent disc sctrach. but most i see photo or video is vertical

M$ recommend horizontal. but all promo vids are with vertical, my guessing is that's the intended position by the console stylist.....?

also vertical position might have a positive impact on the heat below the system board????
