Guys i need a lil bit of help/info..

Hi guys,i just started gym few days back and im kindda confused on planning my food..is there any possibilities i can take the lipo black x6(fat burner)??..Here some of my info:- Age : 15 years old Weight : 92kg Height : 174cm Here what i eat daily :- Breakfast - Skip Lunch(After Gym) - 2 Wholemeal bread 2 Buns Dinner - Skip Is this good for me??i know my diet sucks..please help me out guys..any help will be appreciated.. Thanks

oh lord. That's no appropriate age for fat burners. It's to supplement a sound diet and training program. judging by your age (1991) and your lack of knowledge, I suggest lifting the fork and lifting some weights before considering a fat burner
