 Guys i need a lil bit of help/info..

Hi guys,i just started gym few days back and im kindda confused on planning my food..is there any possibilities i can take the lipo black x6(fat burner)??..Here some of my info:-

Age : 15 years old
Weight : 92kg
Height : 174cm

Here what i eat daily :-

Breakfast - Skip

Lunch(After Gym) -
2 Wholemeal bread
2 Buns

Dinner - Skip

Is this good for me??i know my diet sucks..please help me out guys..any help will be appreciated..

try use search button or look for sticky post . btw u shouldn't skip meal just to lose fat.

oh lord.

That's no appropriate age for fat burners. It's to supplement a sound diet and training program.

judging by your age (1991) and your lack of knowledge, I suggest lifting the fork and lifting some weights before considering a fat burner shakehead.gif
