My powerball already making noise like old swing. Can I put D40? Or what? I know I cant use petrol gel. Or maybe put silicon spray?
*
No do not put any grease etc, this will totally spoil the ball movement. When brand new it will have no sound, however after some time using it confirm will have sound even thou you don't drop it, It's normal.

You can open it up to clean the parts, due to movement it will create lots of dust/dirt inside. Just clean it up and see.

If the metal 350Hz, because of it's body is full metal that will be heavier.

The rest is the same heaviness.

based on its name, i thought the 350Hz can support more revolution? which means, 350Hz is for those who already reach the 250Hz limit (lets say 16000 rpm)

Actually if you play the normal version lets say you can reach 13,000rpm, for the metal if you play it will be lesser probabaly around 10,000rpm because of the heaviness hence you won't be able to rotate it as fast as the normal version.

I have been replying you patiently despite your many questions! I have already told you strictly no COD, however you still kept on insisting for COD. Sorry we can't service you any longer. AND please mind your language.

Sorry to interfere... just to leave my comment. From my side, i believe TS is a good seller. Reply my every msg instantly and when I bank in the money (around 1am), she immediately give the tracking number around 2am. For me, she's a fast and reliable seller.

Maybe it's just miss communication between both of you. Maybe you asked her similar question through different channel (sms/PM/YM) and she only reply through 1 of the channel and she believe that she had replied all of ur question?

at 1st i asked . can COD ? he said no . then i asked again . my area is very close to your area , maybe a COD could be better for both of us , u save time from going to POS office and i can receive my item immediately . she did not reply for a day or 2 , i understand that she may be busy or what but then i replied him on MSN , still ignore . i leave message on her post . still no reply . if you're unhappy with me just tell me , why hide and take such a long time until you make me lose my patience ?

Added on May 28, 2010, 12:52 ami may ask alot of things like price of bulking but i did not order any bulk . i may ask things like the build quality (i,e is it metal or stainless steel ) but he then said metal , so i ordered . then all out of sudden stop replying . im a customer for god's sake . and yes , everytime i asked her something thru PM , MSN , He is always online . and ignored me . how would you feel if you ask a few diffrent questions and get ignored just because u asked ONE question twice ?

Added on May 28, 2010, 12:52 amsorry double posted .

My PB become weak last week. Very hard to start. I can't maintain the rev at 3-4k (relaxing training) coz it will stop. Once i start it, i must quickly bring it to 7-8k. To bring from start to 8k is a pain. Dont know why. It's like the PB has lost it magnet.

But at the time i write this post, i test it again and it's ok rclxub.gif now i can maintain at 3-4k again. Any idea whats going on? Just for ur note in case it can help, I play it regularly together with my office mate (yup, it lay on my desk and everybody can play it) and my average is 11-12k. And last 2 week i have disassemble the PB and try to clean it (but couldn't found much dust tongue.gif)

No idea.... blink.gif

Did you just clean the inside of the powerball? From what i experience once you cleaned the inside, it tend to be harder to start. Just saw your last sentence you cleaned the powerball. blush.gif Actually the rotation is not effected by the magnet, magnet inside the ball is for the meter whereas if it's the neon versions the magnet at the casing is for the nice disco lights.

I think it could be because of the way you rotate the ball. I don't know how to explain this, try to grip the ball make small rotation only at your wrist area. Do not rotate with your whole arm. With the proper rotation it's easy to start it up and maintain. If you do come over to shop, you can ask our pro guy Dannie he can demonstrate it to you he play until 13.8k shocking.gif

I know there's something wrong with my PB. Because it's the same people and the same way to play the PB. I notice the different. My friends also notice it. It's is true that maybe the way i hold the ball is not efficient but still, it's getting harder compare when i first use it.

hmm maybe when i free i'll come to ur shop. donno when will i free wink.gif

I see. You can just claim warranty directly from powerball, go to www.powerballs.com/repairs state the problem. Give it a try. smile.gif

Perhaps if the ball was drop many times, it could have affected the shaft hence the rotation is not so smooth and sometimes hard to start i up.
