Just describe the problem to them and fill in your details, next thing they will email to inform you they have ship out the parts (it's FREE ). Seriously good service even claimed for my unit too, parts is on the way already

For warranty claim actually quite easy just go to their website www.powerballs.com/repairs fill the in the details and state the problem. Sometime they may ask for pics, most times they will send the replacement parts straight to your address.

hahaha.. can start with my hand.. but really prefer the string to jump start the Powerball...

went back home, 1st night after purchase only get max 9400 rpm record..

tonight after two days practice reach 11009~!! wahahaha break 11k barrier edi~!!
