bought one unit Neon Red Pro.. (dont think im "Pro" yet)
but anyway.. as usual really friendly people.. they will treat u really well.. bought some other stuffs too at their shop.. really satisfied with their service.. now going to play my "ball" all night~ hahaha anything wrong with my unit, im sure will get help from them, in terms of guiding me with the warranty claim.. For warranty claim actually quite easy just go to their website www.powerballs.com/repairs fill the in the details and state the problem. Sometime they may ask for pics, most times they will send the replacement parts straight to your address. |
