Im not sure whether to right place to post here,
I donno why i cant stream youtube on my BB i sign with digi,they say got error occured.
But my bro sign with celcom he can stream youtube.
He said digi RM68 only provide unlimited surfing the web but doesnt include streaming is that true?

Please help.!

Bro new BB user here.not really sure how to change the apn. Teach abit please !
I use DIGI WAP to stream youtube but they say invalid web address.

After I change the apn to diginet then can stream edi.

Digi have one of the worst customer service ever. I sign with them the smart plan and they gave me a BB with faulty keyboard. The next day I went back there to change and he said need to order new one. I waited and went back there they gave me a used phone. Then I have to wait another 10 days for a new one to come. The guy who served me made me waited for 3 hours just to change the phone in the end they gave me an used phone which is worst than the before one. Really disappointed with digi should have stick with maxis

hey im thinking of maybe changing my plan from the rm68/mth to something cheaper with limited usage of internet. but the thing is i sign plan for 2 years with digi is it possible for me to change?

alright! i go change better cos my internet usage hardly even reach 100mb per mth

okie right after i update my device

i did 1 to 1 exchange before,but their 1 to 1 exchange isnt really 1 to 1,they will ask u to take out ur memory card and battery then they go inside get another bb phone which don have battery then just plug in the battery and u are rdy to go. when i changed,the guy gave me a used phone when i on it got all those unknown contacts inside,so i went back there and flame him then he say he will order another new one for me but how new it is nobody knows only he and the supplier

i sign with digi donno whether is it from brightstar anot,actually he dint really give me any warranty card or something just that i went back there within 2 days time and he still rmb me

i went to digi center and settle with them there

means dicksonbell all device from telco company get from brightstar?

i think tmr i'll check my battert but as far as im concern theres no sticker behind my battery,maybe i just dint notice it

lite plan? such as? i rmb they got 6 plan,still not yet enquire about them yet,thought of changing plan soon cos im a super light user rm68 unlimited usage is too much for me.

Sometime I get the same thing as u too,no connection I just turn off all connection then on back,get back my connection already

lol i also put on edge also to save battery,but 2G speed for me isnt that good enuf for streaming youtube,will have a little bit lag.

yup,means u use 3G all the? then hows yr battery life? how long can yr torch last u?
