The +rm10 is for what? Tax?

nope i didnt read,hmm.... not so sure when i sign up with digi,i think its before thats why i don notice the rm10

went to sunway pyramid digi today thought wanna downgrade to rm33 lite plan,they donno what im talking about keep telling them then they keep telling me no such thing,dulan then left already,thank you digi u have "impressed" me again. tmr try to go to another digi shop and ask again.

losing faith with digi already,especially the employees everytime also failed me.
btw i found the solution edi of either setting the apn to stream youtube,here it is
In order to set up YouTube, please follow these instructions.

Press: Menu → Options → Advanced Options → TCP/IP → Tick the checkbox to enable APN (If you see it) and type in digistrm in your APN. Leave the username and password blank.

DO NOT use the diginet APN on a Blackberry or you will be charged 10 sen/10kb.

why? im using rm68

ok i think i get u already,means if im using rm58 then i have to do the settings but im using rm68 plan so i don need any settings? im not too sure about it cos when i just get my bb from digi i cant stream youtube directly from browser so what i did is i have to open google then search for youtube only can,cos if not i cant load youtube and it says some error.

weird,when i tethered i dint even call the cs to know whether got extra charges anot cos i thought mine is unlimited so no limit can use as anything also can

doubt i can use more than 150mb a mth,just dl network traffic control to check on my datas,but i don really understand how to read it

talk to digi OCS just now,they tell me i cant change to digi smart plan lite from digi smart plan,unless i pay penalty fee of rm625..

yeah thats what the ocs told me,thought can change without any penalty.
