any1 used wordpress apps for BB b4?
*
I've used the wordpress app for BB. Well, I don't prefer to use that. If your blog is less complicated ( a very simple blog) & you are familiar with codings, then you may give a try.

I signed up with Digi Smart Plan several months ago. I relealised that Maxis BB Plan gives you a BB e-mail ac with maxis domain. However I was not informed that Digi does the same. I am currently using my old email acs on my BB device. Any use if any if Digi provides the same too.
*
DiGi also have BB email. You have to register at http://digi.my.blackberry.com

Added on July 12, 2010, 10:34 pmis the BIS related to OS? is it a must for official OS? or any OS will do???
*
Any BB OS will do. Some OS may be buggy but it will not affect the core function which is connecting to BIS & retrieving emails smile.gif

QUOTE(Phonzy @ Jul 13 2010, 04:02 AM)
What do you think of this plan in terms of value for money? Do you really save more with the smart plan?
*
Erm, definitely. Any other cheaper plans in the market compared to Smart Plan? Or you can take up prepaid plan & subscribe for BIS

i used the rm58+dg50 b4 and BIS is included..i use abt 1mth n i change to smart plan coz i dont call and sms alot..
*
The RM58 thing is no longer available now. The price was increased synonymous with Smart plan price. The only RM58 internet available now is the plan (RM30 minimum) + internet (RM58)

That was for the old smart plan which was RM58. I am still using it & tethering not allowed.

The new RM68 smart plan allows you to tether.

1. now im on hotlink prepaid.. i want to switch to Digi and apply Digi    SmartPlan RM68.. what the procedure? Any extra fees that i need to pay like registration fees..?
2. Can i share the same Digi Smartplan rm68 simcard with my blackberry and nokia e72 and get unlimited data usage? tq
*
As for the 2nd one, although they say no, I personally feel that it can be done, but you must subscribe to RM68 smart plan for blackberry (not the normal one).

By doing this, you get to use both apn (blackberry.net & diginet) for unlimited. So when you switch to E72, it is using the same diginet apn & I don't see why wouldn't you be able to use it.

Quoted from someone's blog:

"Once you exceed the quota given, which is 300Mb, your speed will be throttled down…..to 128Kbps?
Hell NO. It will be actually throttled down to 5Kbps. Yeah, you have read that right.
So once you have used up all 300Mb, you can’t use your internet anymore until your quota is reset. That makes the DiGi’s Smart Plan Lite not suitable for all."

If you 'kopi bulat bulat', it will be nice if you can put out the source as well sweat.gif

I called customer service already.
This RM33 is just an add-on feature to postpaid plan.
That means, you need either principal or supplementary line to opt for this Smart Plan Lite.
And, Smart Plan Lite is not qualified for phone package plan
*
The customer care consultant that I spoke to said the otherway. It is just exactly like Smart Plan 68 = standalone plan.

Ok, I've also asked my friend who is working at DiGi. Looks like what uhlaw said is true.

It is not a standalone plan like RM68 but it is an add-on package sad.gif

I find DiGi customer service team to be unreliable. I wanted to downgrade my plan from Smart Plan RM68 to Smart Plan RM33. I went to the Digital Lifestyle Expo and the DiGi booth sales team said that I can do it. I just have to call or go to any DiGi Centre.

Now I tried calling, and this people give different answer. I cannot downgrade because:
1) I am only allowed to upgrade
2) Smart Plan Lite is for new user and not for existing user
