I'm new to the WoW. After playing with the trial account and liking it, I decided to upgrade to standard account. I purchase it digitally (at Blizzard's site, using a debit card)
At first it was okay, I can login and play. But today I couldn't login. Blizzard sent me an email saying my Trial Account upgrade had failed. Now they are totally locking me out of my account
I've called my card centre and they say that the payment is still being processed. In Blizzards email they stated that I can only call them (US? How much will it cost?) to rectify this issue. They can't help me through emails
What should I do? I really like to game and want to continue playing. Have any of you guys had this problem before?
