well what if the buyer already send back the ram n the seller does nothing about the other ram?since he could even do such mistake to send 2 unit how do u expect the buyer to trust the seller?a buyer would need some assurance that his ram would be solved...

and one thing i noticed, zhenwei's english might be misleading sometimes.
