well since u already admit ur mistake i think if u give him a pair of 1333 ram which both of u have agreed on then he would just return u the ram. it isnt fair for him to just giv u back n then get the refund. think of the time n petrol he used to collect n send back the ram..the hassle he has to go through to get the ram back from his client.. since u posted the wrong thing on ur thread u as th seller should be responsible enough to fulfil what u posted up on the thread n not just simply giving a refund. think from the buyer side n its really unfair.
i agree with this statement( Blue colour)coz seller oso have to responsible for mistake, the is alot of thread like this and all seller have to responsible for it,why this 1 reverse????can some 1 explain.when you have make a mistake, you must responsible for it,not becoz you are so and so,then you are diff, send buyer what you state in you product description with the price you state there, and buyer you don't have the right to have 2 where you only paid for 1
and my statement is
TS open a thread to sell a product, and seller find that the selling price is way below market price for that particular model and spec,so buyer decide to buy it,and as LYN's T&C,Buyer bank in the amount of money to seller as what seller state in the thread for that item state in the thread, but seller send a item whitch diff from the item the seller state in the thread.
Ok,If this is done by a new bee, what would we call it?????????????????????????????????????????????????CONCASE Right????????
so when a young guy and a old guy kill a human,it still murder,no diff
and police can't do anything to buyer coz buyer don't cheat/con/steal nor rob the item from the seller,it was seller who send to him,and buyer did paid an amount to seller, this is not criminal, not under police punya hal la.and the seller did send something diff from what buyer paid for, this is concase,Police punya hal.
