finally collected my nhc PMM

today is day 4 on the road, i'm from KL, but my extended family (grandparents and other relatives are from JB)
so i bought the car in JB and drove back to KL, still within the 1000km

i did my first full tank (until fuel gauge reached E) for 516km (30% city drive and 70% north south highway drive),
during the next refill i notice only filled up 33.6L for full tank.

so i did 15.4 km / L, but the system shows i did 16.9 km /L, is it good?

i went uphill at bangsar, i feel the car gear change acted strangely, any advise?
also anyone know where to get locktech break lock in KL or JB?
what's next for me? when is NHC TT gathering after CNY?

guys, i have read a bit about pps in the previous forum,

is it a one time thingy? RM600?
after apply does it need continues maintance for example using their washing shampoo?
cause i stay in a condo, so usually i send the car to car wash outside.
