I lost my Mac Book Pro 17" at Macdonald's Bangsar Telawi, 6.48am this morning Monday November 16th.
I left it in the female's toilet above the flushing thing... (yes stupid and careless I know, pls try to refrain from bashing me.. I am crushed already T_T)
If you have found it please return it to me..
My email is itsablushberry@gmail.com or pm me here..

The workers are pulling the feed out of the cctv... will update here when I have the video..
I can't live without my mac.... T_T

any chance you have any tracking software in your mac? undercover mayb?mm if you dont den the chances of recovering your mac is quite small unfortunately. lost mine a few weeks back. sad.gif yeap, i know that feeling.

So for other mac user now, really have to take care your mac well. Mac is not "pricey" like how pc are. "Investing" for undercover is a good decision.

i have no ideal with that. I think one of our active member here using it. You can ask him. Now thinking of the mobility usage of my mac, really need to consider getting that undercover.

getting mobileme is a more feasible i think. cuz u can access your mac using 'back to my mac' .. from another mac if it is stolen.. n control ur mac from there.

Well, i have no idea with how both working. As i know, the undercover is quite good, you cant format/modify the admin account due to some firmware setting(im not sure). And the only wan you can do is create a new user account and all of your activities there will be monitored and send to the owner.

Try to get the serial number for your macbook pro, and then contact apple retail dealer.
Give the number to the shop retailer.
Once your notebook send to service or trade in, they will contact you.

i dont think they can do anything. got my mac stolen too, went to them they said there is nothing they can do. and this person that took your laptop might not even know how to use it. see a laptop inside a toilet stall, anyone wud take it. nod.gif

Sorry to hear that, do post your serial here for people to look out for.. Contrary to what most says, there are still chances of recovering your Mac, though slim. Good luck.
