Just want to share.. smile.gif

Proton waja cps m-line model..no Xenon headlight, no leather seat, no ABS+EBD. What the salesman tell me.

Price is 56k..but PESC give 2k more discount. But better take the H-line model..more worth it. Rm61k. Disc 5k.

Hi,

What colour is the waja you have shown here? It seems that Proton copied the colour from the exora and persona which is blue haze.... hmm.gif
Anyway my SA just told me that the 2010 model is m line and the premium or high line is no more in production. cry.gif Can anybody confirm this.

If that is correct than better be fast and book the remaining 2009 models, 5k discount... New 2010 discount 2k but m line... blink.gif

Hi guys, sorry couldn't join tt.

I picked up my car last friday and test drove it yesterday using the curvy and hilly selayang to ulu yam road to rawang. What a drive, I must say. Even at speed of 80 - 100 kmh the rpm meter maintains at around 2k to 2.5k rpm. Wow impressive. To top that, after 150 kms, the fuel gauge did not move. Nice. I have driven the new honda ***y, but by far the waja cps is better in all aspects. Kudos to proton. I was looking for other problems like the nyet nyet sound but there's none. Maybe they have fixed it or it will come up later. Everything is good except the reverse sensor kept buzzing. My SA didn't hid it from me. Gonna rectify it at 1000 km service.

One more thing, is it too hot in there or the air cond is not that cold? Yesterday's drive was at noon and scorching hot. I did not tint my car yet. Plan to tint with v kool elite. Koyak lagi.... Any opinions guys?

About the FC, don't be happy just yet. The fuel gauge is not operates 'linearly' in Waja. There are 4 quarters from F to E. The 1st quarter from F is actually almost 1/2 the fuel tank. Usually the 1st quarter give me 280km, 2nd 120km (total 400km), the 3rd give me 100km (total 500km) and 20km more before the warning light turn on.

The nyet-nyet sound can be fixed at SC assuming it comes from the passenger side front fender. They need to open the ender and put some grease/glue at the chassis welding point there.

Install tint film and it will be a lot cooler. My aircond temperature 90% of the time are set at the least cold setting.

Ok. Will continue to monitor the fuel consumption. I am going out after this, to drive again along ulu yam. I will post the fuel consumption afterwards. Hopefully its good enough.
