If minor accident, it wont. If serious accident, it will.. I hate those campro car installing strut bar. Trouble me when I going to remove the air filter during servicing.  sweat.gif
The accident I had on 17/5 on Genting was enough to knock the Evo 6 spinning 180 degrees, twisted my hood and both its hinges, 1/3 of the front end damaged (gree sections). The damage stopped just right the driver's side strut tower where the strut bar and fender bar are installed. Not a single dent/twist/bend on the sections colored in pink, especially the firewall, where the extra 2 points are mounted on.

The bar, however, received a dent at it's designated crumple zone. \_____../ <-- dooted part.

For Persona/Gen.2/Waja bar, if there's an impact on either side of the strut tower, the bar will bend and little force will be transfered to the other side of the vehicle. Infact, all Ultra Racing strut bars are designed in such a way that it will absorb the impact.

I also got that squeking sound when turning 'on' the car. But that is expected since its need to build up pressure. Rather than get works, why not straight away get SARD.  brows.gif

It's a know issue when it's used on campro, which runs on high pressure. No problem even on the EVO (2.8 bar). It makes noise that's quite annoying but nevertheless it works fine without problem.

Added on January 2, 2010, 12:16 pmAs for the extractor configuration, all no need to worry lah... CPS is all 1+4, 2+3...

Even the previous 1+3, 2+4 for normal campro Gen2/Waja wasn't wrong. There's a purpose for that. Some just like the odd way.

How about when car start? Can still hear the sound..? Me had inconsistent pressure reading..
Inconsistent pressure reading is caused by either spring fatigue, or a poorly designed/manufactured valve.

Thanks dex.. Actually i already fix it. The prob due to me install OTC.. After remove it, the pressure is consistent...

If that's the case, it's the OCT that's leaking, which causes unstable vacuum.
