Juz count a day..Start counting it on the days u period,which is means day 1....If usually ur period will end a week(7days), means day 7 lo...& the next day will b a day..8,9,10 & 11 (safe for having sex)...Every women women have 28 rounding day for our uterus/ovari..Day 1 which means ur first day of period ON THAT MONTH (not ur first period on ur age 12)..Dun mistaken k..

Day 12 will quit dangerous la..try to avoid having sex on day 12...

Every 13,14,15 of the days will very easy to get pregnant,try to not having sex during tis 3 days..But mostly i will try to avoid having sex start on days 12 until day 16 (5days).....Start on day 17 will be safe to having sex d...

Must start record on the day u period on tat month..Cuz sometime our period r not 'come' on same day of last month..Sometimes will b early & sometime will late too...So u dun need to worry,juz start record on the day ur period 'come'...

Or ask ur bf/husband shoot their sperm out la..but he must b very expert & fast...

tats y i need u to record down the day u start period on tat month...not the last month k...Every month is different...tats y every women will count on different day...i did not means start counting on 1st of the every month k?...I means start counting on the day ur period 'come'...
