QUOTE(darren08 @ Jan 12 2010, 12:39 AM) who are you to judge? u r not denying that lalas wear them mostly. what r u? a lala yourself? stick to the topic plz. thank you for the other polite responses. Sorry for the words that you think is rude to you, I'm a fashion design student, and a freelance designer for wedding gown, Rtw and accessories as well. Honestly, for those who understand more fashion and it's history, we don't use 'lala' this word in talk. Because there is no such thing in fashion term. Well if that's the case the only reason for your displeasure could be the fact that i have put fashion designers and lalas in the same group.
That only serves to prove 1 point.
That lalas exist. You agree lalas also use those big specs. And you agree that lalas look stupid wearing them.
enough said.

QUOTE(Yoshikuno CF @ Jan 11 2010, 12:33 PM) oversized spec is not lala, even designers wear them as well. I would like to agree with u that oversized specs are not lala... they're retro Anyways regarding ur fake specs, u can buy them anywhere. im sure there are few stalls in sg wang selling them.

hello.finally i lost my old ugly glasses, going to get a new pair. any recommendation? hehe I m 22yrs old. Looking for frame that can give professional look. Post a pic if u want to. Budget: Below 400 My friend recommend the one which the lens can turn less transparent when exposed to sunlight but too expensive la.

You could opt for this type of glasses as you were 22. Black plastic bold frame. Look good =D . But make sure you choose the right frame shape.

You like full frame or half-frame? Mine is half-frame,black,looks quite smart la,I think now most shops selling the kind of specs like mine,it's the latest fashion I think Half-frame means the bottom part of the lens is not covered

Don't buy Rayban frame. I am wearing one now and the support for the nose kept bending and shifting, causing a lot of pain and pressure on my nose. I have it fixed 3 times already within 6 months.
