pings and DL's are good but sometimes ping to USA spikes to 300++. usually 210ms.

lol you need to clean browser cache and cookies, then only you do the speedtest. that's bug. its like loading the download test file from your HDD. so, 20MBPS for you is your HDD speed.
High DL speed should get around 3-4MBPS UP. |

subang jaya normal speed but high ping. tracert and ping will result in packet loss 100% except going to router.

Despite enjoying nice speed, I have bad pings and around 70% speed to websites (oversea) decreased since yesterday. I wonder what happened.

dont just rant, it will do nothing. find a good technecian (maybe its hard in sabah) but try. your internet will be okay later.
i think the sabah have wiring problem. |
