The speed is normal early in the morning but starts to f--k up really bad sometime around 11am. It's been like this for a whole week now.

I feel bad emailing bad things to tm cuz they traffic shape my bt while my normal net is full speed when u guys al suffer this probs......

I Just Wasted Another 1Hour+ To Check My Report No.
Wtf!!!! File Report On Last Thursday. Friday I Called To Check, Told Me To Patient Coz 2 Working Days Reponse Time. Fine Monday I Called. Say Will Transfer Me To Second Level, Pending In The Line. 5Minutes Later, Told Me Second Level All Engage, Remark. Second Level Will Call Back In 1 Day Time. Update My Report. Tuesday I Called. And Say Transfer Me To Second Level, Pending In The Line. Later, Told Me Second Level Engage, Remark. Will Call Back. Update My Report. Wednesday I Called, Same Feedback. Ask Me To Wait. Will Call Back. End. Today, I Called. Pending To Transfer Second Level. Waited For Long Time, Line Down. Called Again, The Idiot Ask Me To Hold, Checking. Waited For More Than 10Minutes, Also Still In Call Waiting. WTF!!!!! Called Again. Another Guy Told Me My Report Is Incomplete! WTF! Resummit My Report And Wait For Technician To Come Within 1Day Response Time. Remarked For Me. Very Very Angry, But Notthing I Can Do. . What Kind Of Service Tmnet Providing? Far* Off!!! i have dns error and cant log in streamyx .it show error on remote access also .i have called tm but they said theses no problem occur wit them.how ?how to solve it =(

i can connect to streamyx after login the username and pasword but there is no internet connection...cant browse at all...when i diagnose the problem it stated DNS problem...is there any possibilities the setting of my modem or router got problem?
