i never done TT Hongli one so cannot really compare
but yeah it is quite bad the part where the runner connect to the parts there are no small distance like Bandai
sometimes it makes the part scratched. have to fix with putty in many parts
but for Gundoom the quality has become better

maybe the next version of gunpla main thread just merge la ... T_T... coz SD I think not much ppl like.. coz the afford of spraying the whole SD = 1 MG effort..

hey i like SD. and i like handpainting it.

i rarely use spray. used it only on large parts.

For some reason, I dont think spraying a SD can be easier than MG.
As for SD, especially on Sanguo series, a lot of masking required.

There are more parts in MG making it easier for spraying compared to SD that comes in fewer huge parts.

This is my personal opinion.

SD really needs allot of time to color it nicely..~ small n allot =.= sigh.. if u cin cai do... than u will see shit stuff.. if u do it nicely.. time consuming so, many ppl dun wan get SD .. unless super free biggrin.gif

Absolutely.

SD have small parts, and in each small part, has a lot of colors. Painting is a pain.

MGs on the other hand have color separated parts. Most parts contain only 1 color. sweat.gif
