hi to all, i need big help here, (to mod, if this msg is breaking the rules then just delete it)

i just updated my sis iphone 2g to the latest software 3.1.3 and it died..!

well err it shows some illega sim card inserted blah blah... now i'm in big trouble..! i was trying to install a free game into my sis iphone so my niece can play when she's free... n i got this i need to update the software hence all this shit happen... i guees her iphone isn't unlock or something... i'm new to itunes n iphone... do i need jailbreaking..? how should i be able to unlock it again coz she was using it for more than a year without problem (sis ain't very IT educated so she never connected her iphone to PC actually)

very urgent help needed, otherwise i'm screwed if i need to pay for it..! thanks in advance...

it show in the phone that the sim is not supported n same as itune... my sis bought her phone in hong kong, so i guess it should be locked phone which has been unlock... the software is now 3.1.3 n modem software should be 05.12.01 (i jus updated my 3gs as well)... any idea..? thanks

problem solved,

remove sim card n install version 3.0 software using snowrain 0.8 with unlock... thanks...
