hi guys,hope u all can help me out...cos im new,so alot of myths i wanna clarify!
1. eating carbs bfore workout and consume protein after isit correct?..or is there other things?
2. for 6packs,is to reduce fats at the midsection ryte?..does it mean i should diet n consume lesser?..or eat more,but healthy food?
3. situps shud be done in wad manner?..like 4-5 sets of 20times...or 2 sets of 50times?
4. cardio exercise b4 or after weightlifting?

First Ts, please post this sort of question in bodybuilding thread. ur ans 1. U can do tat. U can consume carbs for postworkout to spike ur insulin. 2. Reduce ur overall body fat. 3.
