the difference is the HDD SATA Docking. it is pretty useful if u r using it.

I'd personally got for the carbide 400R , it's more spacious than the 912 , more better cable management , a wider cpu retaining hole , and you can add more fans on the case compared to the HAF 912.
Also note that the 400R is more bigger than the HAF 912 and the main competitor is the CM 690/II.


not only what cmgan72 said , the advance comes with a 2.5 SSD Bracket in the top HDD Cage , it also comes with a GPU Retention bracket to support your graphics card and the finishing black interior.

So how much ah? The Carbide 400R? My budget below RM300. Don't want CM 690 please. Oh yea I forgot I'm talking about the HAF 912 Plus with black interior.

Ok, so 1st choice is Corsair Carbide 400R if don't have then go for HAF 912 Plus? What about The Define cases? They look like very high quality from my eyes not sure about the price tho Care to enlighten me?

1st choice would be Carbide 400R , second you might wanna go for the contender , the Cooler Master CM690 II Plus/Advance.


Define series from Fractal Design?
Their good , but still haven't seen any seller brought it in yet (From what i know of)
Their case *frankly speaking* , a bit dull.

any other good case like the fractal define r3 that have noise dampening materials? what i know is Fractal Design R3, NZXT H2 and CM Silencio 550.

Case with added sound dampening is harder to mod , since the manufacturer glues the dampening foam to the case pretty good.
And , i don't think theres this case in MY yet , not much seller bring it in.

Those 3 are the best for sound dampening.

Other than that , you need to mod your case with sound dampening foam to achieve the level of those case.

is cm usp100 good in cable management?

I wouldn't say it's true... but some case manufacturer do that.In order to make the sound dampening foam stick to every part of the interior of the case.

You can take up the option for a Corsair Carbide 500R



or go for the CM HAF X which is a full tower and lots of more room for expansion

where to buy inwin griffin?

with tat budget u can go for a lot of full or mid tower chasis. personally i would go for Silverstone Raven series (all below RM500). if u wan a good air flow then go for the latest Raven 03 which is using Silverstone Air Penetrator fans which is superb cooling performance.

another option is Corsair Graphite 600T or Carbide 500R as per MichaelJohn suggested earlier.
