AOC 2434pw seems got gradient banding issue. But overall still rocks.

Recently i asked him regarding what else brand good. He asked me to keep away from benq and LG. If i recall correctly he said benq some model got problem and LG warranty is suck. Maybe is same like samsung, consume alot if time to fix the lcd. If i were u i rather got for Acer h22h .

I think AOC 2434pw got gradient banding issue. I scroll up and down while viewing the tester, the color seems running. Does it occur with other monitor?

3d card problem?

I thought AOC is on site service for 1st year?

My AOC arrive today. Very satisfying. But i not sure got gradient banding issue or not coz i not sure how to check actually. Same like my cousin's, if i scroll up and down , the color seems somehow running. I not sure isit test like this or not.

I installed the driver from CD. Btw how to register its warranty?

U press the button, den push the LCD screen from below. Btw u guys de AOC 2434 is white color? Why mine black color =.=.

I wanted to get an extension for the power cord. The transformer, ( i dunno what i should call it the segi empat thing that connect to power cord) can i get an extension wire for it from the transformer to the monitor? what i should call that extension wire? Because my table rather small, i wish i could put it on the floor.

=.= i use MOVIE setting most the time since i watch anime alot.

Somehow i kinda notice got line when i watching anime or movie if the screen move fast. What type of problem i having?

Erm how should i explain. It is impossible to take screen shot because if i pause the line will gone, and only noticeable if the screen moving fast. Just some tiny line. only for a while, not even 1 sec.

I totally agree with this. I would wish to place the transformer on the floor, juz dunno which type of extension wire i should buy, and what that extension called.

Can anyone help me identify my problem? Sometimes whether i watching anime or movie, if the character moving i can notice some line like in the pic below. What is that?

Others media also same. Gaming sometimes noticeable. Perhaps i pay too much attantion? lol.

Yes, angelo, only this problem. Maybe i should try the VGA port as well? SInce i using the HDMI port.

After few test, it seems only my media player classic facing this problem. Although sometimes i did notice also in game. Any solution? Because I already used to media player classic, and somehow i feel the picture quality in media player classic is better compare to zoom player and window media player. Any other nice recommendation?

Even if u purchase from seller here, u should have the rights to have 1 to 1 exchange because u juz purchase. Anyway I think AOC is 0 dead pixel policy i think. try go their website to read.

My friend last time bought samsung LCD dunno from where without checking. Go home found out got 1 dead pixel. And he went back to the shop and exchange. We have the rights to exchange. Who willing to pay 100% for a 99% condition product?
