^ If i was in your position I would take P2450. I have the same dilemma as u also last month b4 i purchase my new LCD, at the end i still choose AOC 2434pw @ RM690 and save RM 170. Very satisfy with my AOC, no regret so far.

@nightzstar
AOC 2236Vw LCD got HDMI? I thought only 2434pw come with HDMI? Anyway what i heard from the PRO, HDMI = to DVI with audio. I using HDMI now, but did not enable the audio output also. No different from DVI. It is just my LCD dont have DVI port.

After i change my monitor from 19 inch samsung to 24 inch AOC, I feel like "wow so freaking huge". After 1 week, i feel not really that big anymore. And feel want to change to bigger 1. Lol. Despite that, very satisfy with my current AOC.

Art of color. Last time using samsung 19 inch, den decide to change. See so many nice comment on AOC angelo ( got bad either ), and den do some research on other brand. At the end bought AOC. Cheap, 24 inch, full HD. Picture also very clear on HD movie.

I would recommend AOC 2434pw because i using it and quite satisfy lol. Provide on site service if within klang valley area. Heard from some forumer after sales service is good. Juz note that AOC only got HDMI and RGB input. Why dont u buy both? since u need 2 lol. And can tell us after u compare.

nope...the lcd color not as gud as i accepted...my 2 years old 19" samsung lcd color is better den the aoc p2434...= ="
so asking izzit any driver tat can improve color or anything...
= ="

U can adjust the color also ma. I dunno la, i using default movie color setting, very nice for me. And I think i use the same model as u last time 19 inch samsung, but I realize AOC is better in terms of color. If u using ATI card, try to go catalyst control, and adjust the color. Maybe somehow will help.

PS.
Are u using RGB since AOC dont have DVI? biggrin.gif

aoc 2434pw or samsung 2333s +
which one is nicer?contemplating to get either one of them
the aoc can get 645,samsung 590...hmmm2

If like that depends whether u want 23 or 24 inch. AOC no DVI, 2333s no HDMI. Although there is always a converter can be purchases.

U mean it wont auto off after u not using it for a period? Isnt it depends on how long u set the auto off function to trigger in windows?

=.= something wrong with the switch, maybe ur try off with windows, put turn off monitor after 1 minute idle, or try to wipe that area abit. Maybe u can try to call for their warranty to come over to fix, if u are within klang valley. Coz for me that on and off button is very sensitive. Every time i want to on or off, my finger no need to touch it, the switch already detect my finger around 1 cm b4 i touch it lol.
