I think you are referring to this

those are called gironda dips and the width at the end is approximately 32''

what makes the V-shape awesome is that is easier on the shoulders and U can vary the grip width easily.

I just drew an autoCAD file for this station and gonna get it fabricated very soon. I have done a crossfit type pullup bar with gymnastic ring and my own blast strap attachment. I will take a pic of it soon

just use chains

hang those chains onto a carabiner then onto a collar.

5 ft of 5/8'' diameter chains = 20 lbs

you can use chains not just a chain.

how many bucket of waters do u need and it would be rather cumbersome with ropes and water buckets.

something like that

the way it was setup is for accommodating resistance, light at the bottom , heavy at the top. you can choose to put the chains higher to avoid it from deloading at the ground. It's just a suggestion though

correction 1 length of 5/8' chains weigh approx. 20 lbs. eg. 5 of those each side is approximately 100 lbs and a total of 200 lbs/

seriously the pseudo rings/pirated blast straps work way better and more solid. Those lashing straps with high tensile strength from climbing shops cost a bomb.

I will take a picture of the pseudo rings soon.
