We need a Saha/Ruud type more if we're looking for one that is. Not sure if we need to with the likes of Welbeck, Macheda and Owen around plus that Diouf guy coming in soon..

He's still 2nd choice, it's just on matchday when VDS starts, it's usually Kuszczak who's preferred to be on the bench. But comes the moment where we rest VDS, Foster take his spot.

One striker=shit.
And it looks like it's true about Kuszczak being #2.. now I'm confused. But WTF would we only play with one striker!! Added on November 28, 2009, 10:17 pmRested for the Spurs game probably. Macheda/Owen/Welbeck, just slot them next to Rooney. This post has been edited by Wan: Nov 28 2009, 10:17 PM |

He just got back from injury, maybe didn't want to risk him. But still, why only one striker. And I don't trust that midfield. Fletcher-Carrick-Scholes. They would control the possession and what not, but what use would it be if they have only 3 targets to aim at inside a forest of defenders. Against the big sides, it's OK, but against the likes of Portsmouth, go with two strikers please.
Added on November 28, 2009, 10:26 pm QUOTE(sHsIkuA @ Nov 28 2009, 10:23 PM) 451 is 433, 433 is 451. Doesn't make that much of a difference. Attack as a team, defend as a team. We're not Barcelona/Arsenal. Our 433/451 sucks in these sort of games. Keep it only for the big games please. We have the likes of Owen, Macheda and Welbeck around. Use them. This post has been edited by Wan: Nov 28 2009, 10:26 PM |
