for those who want regular swifttech rad then HAF top mounting should be fine... but those who get those big feser rad.. the top is kinda soft and i dun think can support that heavy rad properly therefore ATCS may be a better choice...
as for cosmos s... dunno lar i never seems to be fond of it.... mess with my friend's rig several time. every time oso headache =.=
i saw a lot of people in overclock.net using cosmos s case for their wc purpose. Mostly they're using XSPC RX, HW-labs SR1 & Feser big rad. Seems like no issue eventhough it's heavy enough when you mount at the top. install you drive at the lower bay can ady...
