You can report of lost package and request for replacement order or ask for a refund. Usually they'll require you to wait for a few more days/weeks (or more...) even though the delivery estimate dates have passed. After that, if you ask for one, they'll send a replacement order via expedited shipping...

That's how I have experienced from Amazon. Most of the times are favourable to me and I rate them the best online retailer customer service! nod.gif

I would like to know which version is better in all aspects other than their price but I feel that the one from amazon.uk cheaper

a) The Ultimate Bourne Collection Blu-ray (amazon uk)

or

b) The Bourne Trilogy Blu-ray (amazon.com)

Lone*Wolf is right, but sometimes the magnet flap can become a handful when your longer-than-usual fingernail might peel off the outer surface of material if not being careful when opening the boxset. UK version are definitely cheaper and could be the prefered one... even so if you don't mind the "nipples" on the cover biggrin.gif

Added on December 4, 2009, 1:37 amBTW, after my earlier post Wednesday... I actually have received my parcel from dear mr. postman (who flung it onto my lawn) when I got back home from work just now.

DILEPASKAN Kastam: 30 November 2009
Delivered to my house: 3 December 2009

The Ice Age/Ice Age 2/Alvin & The Chipmunks boxset was in such a bad condition... the cardboard was not in a good shape especially at the edges! (Looks like it came from the "rejected goods" section from Amazon's store room!) doh.gif

All 3 casings inside were not shrink-wrapped, only secured with the security sticker.... while Ice Age & Ice Age 2 discs were dislodged from its spindle!!! shocking.gif when I opened 'em but luckily they are ok & no scratch in sight sweat.gif

Hi guys. This will be my 1st time buying BD from amazon so I need to ask some question here.

I'm a little bit confuse about the shipping rate.If I buy 3 BD from amazon do i need to pay 3 times the shipment cost?

Thanks in advance.i hope i can join this BD club soon

Standard Shipping:
[ $3.99 (per item cost) x 3 (no. of copies) ] + $4.99 (per shipping cost) = Total shipping & handling cost

Order 4 or more to save on shipping cost. Hope this helps....

It is so funny that they haven't set a definite release date until now but yet Amazon already eagerly put 'em on pre-order long ago! rclxub.gif With the time taken might as well release the Extended Edition together by then! rolleyes.gif I guess this "hot title" plus others too that is in the long list of making their hi-def debut on blu-ray have yet to see the light of day.... only time will tell.

My list includes the Jurassic Park trilogy, Star Wars hexalogy biggrin.gif , Saving Private Ryan, Se7en (not the sucked Canadian version), Blade trilogy & etc etc.... amongst others
