bro, there are many instances where your parcel could have been delayed/lost etc.... Yup, could've been at Custom or KDN or maybe oredi at Pos, but haven't delivered yet (no way your local P.O. can track your parcel since it's Std Shipping...) Or your parcel maybe oredi delivered to your house and left at your gate while you were out... who knows?

All we can do is probably wait.... until the estimate delivery dates are over, email Amazon and do necessary action... that's the only way. I didn't receive my first ever online purchase from Amazon 3 years ago at all.... cry.gif and that didn't stop me from buying from them ever since; using Std Standard Shipping even... tongue.gif

Yes, I did... they sent a replacement copy. But it was just sad that it had to be on my FIRST ever on-line purchase from Amazon! But a good experience nevertheless... thumbup.gif

The difference that I noticed (not that I've bought any...):

At $PEEDO - local version and/or HK version compared to Amazon US version:
– different cover art (most of the time, if not all)
– no barcode at the back of the printed sleeve (only on sticker pasted on)
– has more Asian language/subtitle tracks
– no top white sticker (and sometimes the side security sticker)
– more expen$ive than Amazon's
– thicker casing with nipple (dat's if they imported the UK version)
– A LOT OF TYPO/SPELLING ERRORS LIKE THE RAMBO: FIRST BLOOD PT.2 (LIONSGATE - ONE WITH SILVER/GREY BACKGROUND COVER!!!!) WT--- doh.gif

Just came back from watching Avatar (in 3D) earlier today. Many a time I left my mouth agape while watching this flick. Story was average and the action & AQ were f-good. But it's the visual effect, CGI and overall look that left me astonished especially through 3D notworthy.gif

But the real amazement here is the "uncanny valley" syndrome when watching this flick... truly left me confused yet amazed!!! shocking.gif thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

Avatar is my first 3D movie I've watched in recent memory. The glasses is not the conventional 'green/blue & red' lens but something much cooler - chromatic that looks like sunglasses. I don't know what is all the difference now that we have different types of 3D like: Disney Digital 3D, Real D 3D, InTru3D etc etc.... hmm.gif rclxub.gif

Do these 3D technologies being utilized for blu-ray too? Like Journey to the Centre of Earth, My Bloody Valentine, Monsters & Aliens, Coraline etc? Can anyone (technical sifoos) shed some light.... TQ
