I'll be going to HK too end of this month, just for some CNY shopping. Have been going there every year for the past few years so quite familiar with the place. Will be staying in Novotel too this time around.

I personally think yr itinarary is ok except it might be a bit too tiring for the toddler. If you are travelling using the MTR, it may pose a problem to u having a buggy.
