It was exceptionally cold this year, since I was also there in December last year. My skin is dry and red spots are popping up. Any remedies?

Just got back from HK like 4 hours ago.
It was exceptionally cold this year, since I was also there in December last year. My skin is dry and red spots are popping up. Any remedies? But the holiday was good |
