If 7 days, I would opt for a 2x3 days Airport Express Travel Pass and a Tourist pass.
Maybe Day 1-3 - Travel Pass > Day 4 - Tourist Pass > Day 5-7 - Travel Pass
But I'm not sure the travel pass can be used from Airport to normal MTR station on the first day

I rarely take bus during my time in HK. Only took once the DingDing tram just for the experience. The rest are MTR + walking + cab(late night)

HI!
Thanks for all the replies guys!
I have looked into the travel pass before but they said it was not worth it as the package would not include buses and it would actually cost more overall compared if you top up independently?
Note: The transport is not including the HK to Macau trip, I have already budgeted correctly for that trip since the prices are clear on the day/night trips. The only problem is the octopus card as the places I want to go/ and might go once there are vague. So I just need a rough estimate. For example, if I am staying at Lee Guest House at Cameroon Road, within the span of 7 days I will be going to Peak, Buddha, Oceanpark,Disneyland, Temple Street, Stanley, Repulse Bay, Ladies market, Jade Market, Abardeen, Western market, Jumbo Seafood, Caprice restaurant at Four seasons, Happy Valley Racecourse, bus to first ferry for trip to macau, and other random places. Some places are free of course like Victoria Harbour is 10 minutes walk from my place.
Thanks again guys! Is it better if I put in 600 for transport for 2 instead of 400 then?
On another note, I heard it is better to change currency inside Hong Kong as they give better rates. Is that true?
