According to the latest notebook price lists I could scrounge up from Hardwarezone, Asus laptops still come bundled with a 2 year warranty. Are they behind latest developments as always?

Yesterday I went to digital mall to do some surveying... no luck, I didn't found benq s42... just acer, lenova....and others.. in fact, digital mall shop doesn't sell benq, i think!

Any other place that sell s42?

btw, is samsung r470 good? gaming? working? multitasking?

dell with icore 7 priced at rm 3,999 but the graphic card use hd 4570 what is windows experience number for this notebook? it is good? or pricey?

Studio 15 with i7???

i rather take Studio XPS 16 with C2D instead... HD4670 is miles better than HD4570...

anyway, if u re interested with S42, u can PM john_jay2 for more detail... i think the shop he works in still got stock...

if you are willing to fork out rm 3999, take sxps 16, much better.

btw, a shop in lowyat quoted rm, 2999 for s42 with p8700, 2gb ram, 320 gb hd, 256mb gf 9600m gt, linux... and one more shop quoted rm 3,299.. not sure whether this is a good offer or not...

anywhere, after seeing many notebook in flesh, maybe i'm willing to go for a higher specced notebook...
