Looking for 2.1 speakers.

Budget not high... 120+-.

Considering Logitech X-210, Edifier M1335 and Altec Lansing BXR1121. Added... Creative SBS A300

Suggestions please. Just normal music listening+movie+gaming. No need real strong sound.
New into 2.1 speaker set. If base on brand... i will think altec lansing is better but i don't think i can choose based on brand. need ur commentss

bxr-1121: what i like is the aux port. Can connect my hp without disconnecting from laptop.
m1335: Saw a bass controller on the sub. I think it will be quite useful too. But... the size of the sub quite big

Haven't have a look on any of the speakers in any shop yet.

Please give some suggestion for other models with around the price range. Another thing is that... can anyone link me to any seller of sonic gear in lowyat? I can't really see any in garage sale.... I mean link me to the thread selling 'new' speakers only. THX!!

Then i think i will only consider Edifier M1335 and Logitech X-210. Heard of sonic gear's poor quality too... How about eacan A600MI? Saw it at tropicana mall's carrefour with one satellite spoilt(dunno how to say but the... what is that call? the layer which will vibrate... dunno call what is pushed inside by someone...)

RM120 is low but i don't have much budget for it. Just want to listen to some nice quality music with nice speaker but not to say spend a lot on it. Still a student so budget is always a limitation. Another thing is that... I will be staying with my frens. Can't buy higher power speaker to pump the condo with music... or noise(for some ppl). Even got budget for it... I will be wasting it as i won't utilize the power of the speaker.

So now... M1335/x-210 or eacan A600Mi(i don't actually like the subwoofer and satellite design which will easily spoil it by pressing at them compare to X-210 sub which is downwards firing-i think no ppl will purposely turn it over to spoil it)...

Any place that i can like... listen to the sound quality of the speakers i feel like want to buy? Logitech X-210 and M1335. Choosing between them. Need to hear to the sound quality rather than just reviews. Any shop offer this?

Sien. quite lazy to go lowyat. I found there too messy for me... Too many shops and everything is like not arranged... Hope coming pc fair got these models. i wanna try out.

Added on March 19, 2010, 11:18 pmWent lowyat. Only able to try out Edifier M1335F. Not bad. I only saw Logitech X-210 in one shop in lowyat(i din go through all the shop but went in those shops which i can see the speaker corner only). Not turned on... so cannot try out the sound. Price... RM125 for X-210, RM109 for M1335, RM129 for M1335F. Will try them out again in PC Fair. Will buy them in PC Fair too.

Yea but... there's always a section specially for speakers. Just walk around that section will do. however... i went to lowyat also. Only found one shop with logitech x-210. None in digital mall. Youtube-d x-210 and found many good review about its strong bass. Going for it!!

K. Will do so! Might find one day to test it out at lowyat. Was in a rush on last friday... no chance to test out x-210. Considering what u said... it's true too... However, i will still go pc fair... suka pergi pc fair tengok sini tengok sana... spend time. Lolz

Eyed on divoom xforce 1(2.1). Any review from forumers here? Divoom Xforce1/logitech x-210/edifier m1335F?

~~ Tested Edifier M1335 at Carrefour Tropicana City. Asked the guy over there to open some song. He opened it at max. It's so nice. Lady gaga's poker face. Showed me the bass of 1335, without other interference since other speakers are all off. Quite nice. Going to test x-210 too. haha

Why pc fair no logitech speakers???~~
