Who is using soundsticks 2 here?? I am gonna get one for myself, it's being sold at about rm380+- at my place.

i just finish google&looking review on you tube bot harman kardon soundstick 2,i found out this speaker realy something..how much this speaker nor?is anybody use this speaker.perhaps can share abit exp on this speaker..

Hey guys, im currently tinking of getting a better set of speakers for my pc within the budget of RM 1K.
It's solely used for musics & movies.

With the given budget as stated, juz wondering which option should I go for ?

Option 1: Speaker + on-board sound card.
Option 2: Speaker + external sound card.

I check both C3 and S330, both almost same price, with S330 more expensive a little bit

In your opinion, is there big difference between them? Is it worth the extra money and get S330?

currently imma using edifier s530d with x-fi titanium oem

thinking of changing to another 2.1 and here are those few that i had in mind

-razer mako
-aego m
-creative t3
-klipsch promedia (but not sure where to find it )

priority is for movies and music

should i change from my current s530d? pls advice ya

what is the strong point for this speaker ya? 

most apple store will sell this harmon kardon soundsticks so it doesn't mean you have to go all the way to lowyat to test it out
oh I can tell you the bad points about this speaker tho
the volume control is not very user friendly
volume fluctuates when adjusting
it can get gradually louder.....AND ALL OF A SUDDEN IT GOES RIDICULOUSLY LOUD.
that's something I don't really like about this speaker

other than that it's great for the price

hi guys, can recommend a 2.1 or 5.1 speakers. Budget is below Rm1000. Mainly for music (80%), 10% on movie and 10% on gaming. I have aego M in my mind. Any other recommendation which is within the budget and have better sound quality than aego m? thanks.

hey guys need help! I'm currently using Edifier C3 for my computer, planning to get creative X-Fi Elite Pro. Now I'll be getting a ps3, so I need a speaker. Budget around 1000. Been looking at Edifier S730, but not sure about it. Looking for either 2.1 or 2.0(studio speaker) Thought of Edifier S2000 but don't think there's any here. I might even swap and let the ps3 use the C3 because the computer I use for 40-50% Gaming, 30-40% Music and 20% Movie. PS3 either 100% gaming or use it to play music as well depends. Please recommend!

all speakers need a good soundcard to drive them.

I tot SS costs more than 700?
Because it has quality and affordable.
Just look over the price of the ones you saw,Creative T3,compared to those in Edifier.
You have wider range of selection in Edifier I'd say.
One more,S2000 IINM costs more than 1k.
It is flagship of Edifier 2.0 speakers.

But i was never impressed by all the Edifier speakers i heard so far lor...but of course, i haven't the chance to hear  the R1900T3 or S2000 yet.

I don't need an expensive speaker for my purpose. I already have a full HT/hifi set with dedicated receiver, woofer and speakers...which is collecting dust coz i don't use anymore...thought of connecting this to my digital piano, but it'll sure look like a fugly frankenstein....Nah...i just need compact small speaker for my purpose.

Wow...the recomendations is getting pricer and pricier...I don't have such a big budget for this or need it!!!

Next thing i know, someone will be recommending me an RM100k speaker....

But why is all the HK speakers looks like Aliens or something??
