Oh btw I'm playing with the formation 3-4-3 cuz I have a few very good strikers and no good defenders zzz

I'm training them in Attacking, Teamwork, Understanding and Morale/Rest. Wanna emulate Arsenal attacking 1st lol then only work on defending. Am I doing it right?

yuka yuka: i terbalik from you...i got good defenders and strikers but no good MF. I wanted to play 5-2-3 but dont have that formation...so forced to paly 5-3-2.

What is continental playstyle? Slow style?

but it is said ur team contained injuries players, so i couldnt challenge u..

and 1 small advice from me, i can see that you're selling several player there, but such quality/age player.. no 1 gonna buy it..u better sack it..

do friendlies only on weekdays after your league match k. anyone can challenge me to. sure i challenge back ma..

got some of the players i buy to put as sub, so tht i can at least go out to play some matches because i only have 21 players...thats why i bought the cheapest i could find

damn la. my player so many injured. plus lost big time in friendlies. hurmmm

WOW>. a good bargain there.. please give him a good training and match exp.. bear in mind that potential might decrease ( a bit) w/o proper training..

no worries mate.. losing in friendly doesn't make your player moral drop down.. but you really need to limit number of friendly per round after this..

not too bad.. me myself aiming to do 4 friendly per round, but its all depends on my player fitness.. most of the time, i only send 2nd tier to play friendly and keep my 1st tier at full fitness:)

actually its pure luck la...first i hire a excellent scout..then i go to player search...
quality 60-99
age 17-25
price 0-1000.000
then u see one by one which one the primary attribute of the player is good, then u scout the fella if u think he got good potential .

the quality of the 5 star player now is only 50. a lot of training to do!

make him play a lot of friendly and and train him hard.. i heard that 5 star player can gain in up to +5 in Q per season.. wonder its true or not.. last season the best gain from my player was only Q+3.. huhuhuhu..

Added on November 6, 2009, 11:24 amjust click on the skill that you want to train.. most of the manager use this atrribute as a giude..

Goalkeepers (GK): Primary - Keeping, Secondary - Perception, Speed, Passing
Defenders (Def): Primary -Tackling, Secondary - Passing, Stamina, Speed
Midfielder (Mid): Primary - Passing, Secondary - Speed, Shooting, Tacking
Attacker (Att): Primary - Shooting, Secondary - Speed, Perception, Heading

train your player till the primary skill is 5-10 above the player Q or if it can not increase any more then train the secondary skill to at least the same as your player Q.. this is what i do.. not sure whether it will me any help to you guys..
