The 1900mah batteries are new, packed in China, and unopened. The fact that you've got a physical defective product does not mean that it has been used. I have offered you an exchange in which you declined. A refund which you've accepted.

The part where the battery has been charged 3/4 is of normal practice for most of the chargeable batteries, as factories make sure they aren't totally dead when they ship it, to ensure the battery is in good condition and its lifespan not shortened. It does not mean, again, that the unit is 2nd hand and used.

I have sent the item to you, packed and unopened, via poslaju. Poslaju didn't manage to reach you on 1st attempt to your house as you weren't home. I followed up with you on the arrival and you asked me to call up Pos Malaysia to have it resend to you. I did just that, and asked have found out that the item can only be asked to resent by the receiver himself. Hence that's what I've told you. You went to collect it at the poslaju center and encountered the problem once you've opened it. I've followed up on all your requests even after you've received it. (thats what I do for all my customers)

I've apologized, offered exchange and refund to you on this mishap, but you're adamant to put this comment on all my threads. I have traded on lowyat on gadgets2us for nearly a year now, and why would I want to spoil my reputation by sending a "OBVIOUSLY USED item and badly scratched one" to a customer knowing that he/she would in fact give me a bad feedback on my thread? It just doesn't make any sense.

Nevertheless, I'm refunding your money on receipt of the item. I truly apologize again for this mishap.
