1) Excellent clear acoustics, treble and nice bass.
2) 10x better than original headphones. , or in this case, any headphones which are worth RM100 and below.
3) Serial Number provided can be registered with sennheiser.com to give you a warranty email which you can claim for warranty in the future. I have done so myself. (Whether or not this warranty is valid is still unknown as I need a faulty unit to be sent to US).
