The 1900mah batteries are new, packed in China, and unopened. The fact that you've got a physical defective product does not mean that it has been used. I have offered you an exchange in which you declined. A refund which you've accepted.

The part where the battery has been charged 3/4 is of normal practice for most of the chargeable batteries, as factories make sure they aren't totally dead when they ship it, to ensure the battery is in good condition and its lifespan not shortened. It does not mean, again, that the unit is 2nd hand and used.

I have sent the item to you, packed and unopened, via poslaju. Poslaju didn't manage to reach you on 1st attempt to your house as you weren't home. I followed up with you on the arrival and you asked me to call up Pos Malaysia to have it resend to you. I did just that, and asked have found out that the item can only be asked to resent by the receiver himself. Hence that's what I've told you. You went to collect it at the poslaju center and encountered the problem once you've opened it. I've followed up on all your requests even after you've received it. (thats what I do for all my customers)

I've apologized, offered exchange and refund to you on this mishap, but you're adamant to put this comment on all my threads. I have traded on lowyat on gadgets2us for nearly a year now, and why would I want to spoil my reputation by sending a "OBVIOUSLY USED item and badly scratched one" to a customer knowing that he/she would in fact give me a bad feedback on my thread? It just doesn't make any sense.

Yes it might be true, the allkit 2 might be at a lower price if you get directly from China, but if you've made enough research on it, you're required to buy in large quantities ie (100 or more units), its no way they will give you free postage unless you've already been con'd by them by ordering a fake unit. Also ordering electronics from China would deem you to be taxed by our customs at a certain percentage deemed by your amount which you've paid the items for. Finding the right factory to source from, the risk involved in sending your money to a stranger whom claiming to be having genuine quality goods are part and parcel of getting a good price. Not everyone is able to fork out that amount of money, spend that amount of time, get taxed, calculate the costs involved, the risk involved (in a case the items sent are fake/faulty or not as claimed/ or even get conned off your money). Not only that, you will also need to give warranty to the buyer, knowing that sending your item back to China costs $, and thats the ONLY way for you to have it claimed.

For what you know, your toothbrush might just cost RM2 from a china factory, but you bought it for RM12 in the hypermarket. would you call the hypermarket a cheater and say all those? (Just an example) Also shirts/dresses sold online or pasar malam for RM30/20 are sold in China for just RM8/5 only. So are all the items you buy from the shops, there are limitless cheap sources from china in which you can get it yourself (sure, with large ass quantities plus all the other stuff involved), and you can sell them here.

If all the buyers are like that, you wouldn't even get lowyat forums people trading, you wouldn't have distributors nor resellers. If you've made further research on the Allkit 2, you would've found that I've the LOWEST yet price for it. If you were a trader of peripherals, you would've known that phone distributors in LOWYAT building whom specially sell stuff ONLY for traders, have already earned 60% profit from the costs which they've got it from. Hence the selling price is at what it is at the moment.

That's all I've got to say about your comment, as going on further would just hurt all trader's accountability, and prices.
