Housing price in Singapore is soaring now. But there are some suggestions that the price might come down in 2011. What is your view?

i thought go up cause many malaysians PR buying there

As far as I know, it's not easy for Malaysian PR to buy HDB flat.
You'll need a joint name of 2 PR before you're eligible to buy it. So doubted that Malaysian PR or the raise in PR is the factor.

Sing' government impose strict restriction in HDB acquisition..

Only married couples (2 singaporeans or either 1) are qualified.. otherwise, if you are a single singaporean, you only qualify to purchase if you are above 35yrs old..

So imagine how tough for a non-singaporean origin to acquire a HDB unit (although obtaining PR status)..
